A. WHO COLLECTS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ITS PROCESSING?
Your data is collected and processed by Legal Advised.
B. HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND WHAT TYPE OF DATA IS COLLECTED.
We define personal data by everything that can be used to identify a user, for example, name, email address, profession, as well as other personal information that you can provide to us.
Legal Advised may collect your personal data in different ways. The personal data with which we deal comes from the information you provide to us by filling out our forms available on our website, as well as from spontaneous applications sent via the Legal Advised recruitment tab. Your personal data can also be acquired through telephone contacts or by email.
Legal Advised may also collect your personal data as long as it is provided by you at events, job fairs, trade fairs and workshops.
If you send us a spontaneous application or are a possible candidate for a job vacancy at Legal Advised, the data that will be collected refer only to your name, age, contact details, tax identification number, social security number, information about your education and professional experience, information on your immigration status if you have nationality outside the European Union, and other data that is important and indispensable to add to your application.
If you are a Legal Advised customer, you will need to collect information about your company that is indispensable for the provision of services, namely the contractual information that is necessary to develop and consolidate the contract act that is performed between the two parties.
If you are a supplier, Legal Advised will need some information in order to ensure its guarantee in relation to products and services, as well as it will need that same information for payment purposes, and for contributory purposes.
C. WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING PURPOSES AND TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The purposes of the processing and treatment of your personal data are intended for the execution of contacts with customers, the execution of contracts with suppliers, the response to requests for information from commercial contacts, and the implementation of recruitment processes.
D. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Legal Advised reserves the Duty to ensure the confidentiality and security of all personal data that may be provided by customers, suppliers, candidates for recruitment phases as well as any person who, individually, contact Legal Advised to request any type of information .
Access to your personal data is only allowed under the terms already mentioned, always depending on the need and with your prior knowledge in order to guarantee the contractual confidentiality obligations regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation.
E. WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR DATA
Legal Advised informs that some of your personal data such as name and email may be added to marketing tool platforms that will only be used internally within the company.
F. UNTIL WHEN YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED
Your personal data will only be kept for as long as necessary, for the purposes for which it was collected. Legal Advised understands that after this period, your personal data will be deleted, unless there is your express consent to the contrary.

Legal Advised assumes acceptance of this Privacy Agreement. Legal Advised reserves the right to change this agreement without prior notice when there are changes to our services, and when there are changes to the General Data Protection Regulation that significantly change how we collect and process your personal data.
